Introducing the Veramin, a race of anthropomorphic rodents searching for the legendary Moon Cheese!

This mod adds the Veramin, a custom race, to the game. Veramin are anthropomorpic rodents who sprung up in search of what every rodent has ever dreamed of, the legend of the Moon Cheese.

I have a question if you don't mind. I'm tryin to make my own race as well, when I was checkin the graphics for different races, the bodies have specific parts with red colors do they mean anything?

 

that actually indicates where the secondary colors go. for example, notice on my mice that their hands, noses, ears, feet and tails aren't the same color as the rest of their bodies. Those are the red parts. I recommend looking at Kawa's tutorial here if you haven't already.

Mod has been updated with custom sounds, a new workbench and drill, a new rare ore and custom namegen!

The more certain you are of the question, the less certain you can be of the answer, and vice versa. We all know the answer, ergo we cannot know the question.

 

I think step 13/14 are out of place in your instructions. They should be in between steps 3 and 4 of the instructions as the changes need to be made in the player.config file and not the chargen file (those steps being the ones to add your custom recipes), so you might want to modify your instructions.
I haven't tested it out yet, but I'm looking looking forward to it as I love things like custom races.

Edit: Also, is the moon cheese drill defined anywhere? I can't seem to find it.

 

This should be in the mods section. I only see 6 races in there, and this isn't one. But it certainly should be.
