A very small hotfix to fix the final few issues involving the Meat Chunk.
- Meat Chunk recipe should now unlock properly when picking up Raw Steak
- Changed Meat Chunk item name from meatchunk to avikanmeatchunk to fix potential incompatibility issues
- PLEASE NOTE: The change in item name means that any Meat Chunks you had in your inventory or stored in a container will be changed into Perfectly Generic Items!
