Logistics Frigate Reborn- Custom Race support PG

Adds support for custom races, two for now.

  1. Jokerswildnight
    Currently only supports Lopunny and Lucario races.

    INSTALL:
    unzip the folder. Drag the Lopunny and Lucario folders into the 'Ships' folder in logistics frigate. remove 'Ships' folders from the race mod folders.
