Craft at the tier two farmers table
Installation:
Unzip, and move the folder "Multi-tiered Relocators" to the mods folder in your starbound directory
Uninstall:
Delete the mod from your mod folder. Simple as that, if you forgot to remove the item from your inventories, they'll just turn into a perfectly generic item.
