Text-To-Speech Mod

    Uses Windows' Text-To-Speech to read the Dialogues.

    Pelican TTS Standard

    Reads Dialogues, Hud Messages, Letters and Books.

    You can change the language and which voice is used for which charater in the config file.

    Pelican TTS Polly

    Better Voices, but no configuration.

    English only!

    Requires active online connection.

    Reads Dialogues & Hud Messages but not Letters and Books.
