First a description for readers who haven't found any such sword yet. It is an effect that comes with 2H swords (that I know of) that doesn't do damage, momentarily freezes hit mobs into stasis and can be blocked by shield. By stasis means that they do not move while being invulnerable to damage. Works great with the blink ability.

    Bug list:
    1. Mobs that deal damage on touch, won't damage you while in stasis BUT will still push you (and your minions) back and trigger shields! This kind of forces the player to combine it with the blink tech ability.
    2. Minions and pets attacks mobs that are in stasis. Wasting their actions and risk being in weapon cooldown when the stasis effect disperses.
    3. Loss of momentum! A mob that jumped when stasised will instantly drop down to ground instead of continuing the jump when liberated.
    4. Loss of AI thought process! A mob will instantly turn around to face the player and initiate a proper action when liberated, instead of continuing the previous pre-stasis action. Not showing any confusion at all! The player who time the backstab will still have the initiative but not seeing the mob fruitlessly slash something that isn't there anymore, is less awesome and a bit suspense of disbelief killer.
Addendum: The 2-4 bugs happens at random yet often enough.

not sure where the bug is in here that seems to b very the intended behavior even if a bit free of logic.

That and emergent feature could pretty much describe most potential bugs.

But you can't expect every coder in the dev team to know the entire collective code by heart. The implementer of this effect, while beta testing (without minions) on NPC mobs that do not have the onTouch damage maybe didn't know how the implementers of onTouch damage and minion AI attack selection works. And thus a bug were born as they usually do. Purely a speculation of how it went down. Hope you get the idea: If it looks like a bug, report it as a bug. Then the devs can decide if it is such or an intended/emergent feature.
