Better Matter Manipulator (change mining size)

When I recently played Starbound with a friend of mine and we were both upgrading our Matter Manipulators I was looking through the different possible upgrades but toatally decided against ever upgrading the mining size as of the fact that you can't switch back to a smaller size (as I know) so it would be a great feature if you could change the minig size between all the upgraded states and even a 1x1 mode for building purposes
