Crew Member Undismissable + Gone

So i had a crew member, an Apex named Tasiana. She was one of my active companions and was interacting with an object of which i removed the mod for in order to play with a friend.
This had the effect of removing her but having her considered still an active member of my crew.

Will i have to delete my shipworld file to fix it?
