Bug/Issue Fished up a secret note during ice fishing contest

A few days ago, during the ice fishing contest in the winter, I fished up a secret note from the ice pond. I have since been missing one secret note (#10) and am worried that the game may think I already have it. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but if it is, this needs to be fixed as it can result in secret notes becoming permanently unavailable.
