Bug/Issue Game crash when accepting quest

My game crashed when I attempted to accept a quest.
Here's some details I know:

-Not modded
-Windowed Mode

The scenario was this: I was on a Floran planet and completed the quest where I plant sugar and and then completed the second quest from the same npc to craft a candy apple. After completing that quest they offered me another quest, and this is the one that crashed the game immediately upon clicking the accept button.

I followed the instructions in this forum to get my crash log, but unfortunately I do not see any log files in the specified location (Steam/SteamApps/common/Starbound)

I wish I screenshot it but I was so worried that I lost my progress that I forgot :C
