Bug/Issue I can't gift anymore

I've just recently started playing, I'm on day 12 of my first Summer. So far so good, except...
I can't gift more than twice. I know you can only gift once a day, and twice a week, but it's been 4 weeks since it last let me gift the person I'm trying to gift(Blonde one, Haley?). I don't think it's game changing, it just kind of sucks. The last time I gifted her was around day 14 of September. Ik there's marriage in the game, Idk how much of an effect it has on the game, but if it has a big effect, kind of sucks that I can't gift that person anymore... Does anybody know how to fix this?(In the beta so I can play multiplayer).
