Major issues with coop animals

Recently my coop animals never go in, the door is always open and i had fences before but now even in the rain or night time they won’t come home. They also won’t eat any of the grass starters i plant around the farm. I wouldn’t mind selling them and restarting with a new coop but the issue is, when i go to click on them the second time for heart status, mood, and sellling options it basically kicks me out of the game. Currently i’m stuck with animals running around my farm that won’t produce anything that i can’t get rid of. One thing to take note on is that i bought a 12th animal and that one is going in and producing as normal. So it’s those previous 11 i have an issue with pls help i’m desperate. (IOS)
