Definitely well thought out and quirky, but it really really looks like Mewtwo.
Anyone else see that?

First off this is a well thought out race, with some excellent artwork and great references to culture history starbound itself and the forums... Well done!
I have to say though, although it would be nice if humans accepted an intergalactic alliance right away, I don't think it's realistic. We humans are not very good with that sort of thing...

And I imagine it could be fairly possible for us to form this alliance right away, if the race proposing the alliance came off as vastly superior and intimidating. I don't think we'd have the courage to say no. And over time the friendship based off fear would become a friendship based on ... well friendship

Man I have zero time and zero work ethic, it's all about the passion. Plus I'm a pretty speedy writer, any substantial time goes into drawing (And there aren't that many drawings in this thread )

Whatever. I still think that they should be the *record-keepers* of the universe(s).

 

Idea: Maybe the psilyphs watched the Lacerti similar to how they watched the humans. They didn't attempt contact untill the Glitch, Novakid and Roo already had (read Lacerti suggestion thread for more info | http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?threads/the-lacerti.31422/)
