These are super cute, I think the tea room is my fave. I have something very similar in mind for my own. ^_^

They're all lovely though.
I thought the Leah one was a really neat idea. It hadn't occurred me to make a shed for my spouse.

 

*starts pondering ideas for a Sebastian themed shed* Omg, all the skeleton stuff. lol I might have to do this on my next save, just for lulz.

Definitely love the Japanese Tea Room setup the best, though the skating rink is clever. Can't wait to see your English Tea Room design.
