Bug/Issue Player Control disabled after Upgrade

After getting the first license I went to upgrade my ship to make it bigger. The animation played and everything went right until I tried to move after. I couldn't control my character, not even the mouse, and couldn't move. I had a npc following me and they were jumping around so I knew that the game didn't freeze. I'm guessing there is a problem in the code that doesn't give back control to the player after the ship gets a upgrade for the first time.
