PS4 Axe completely gone.

Hey everyone, not new to the game. 150+ hours, almost everything in-game. Recently i lost my Axe while farming Melons, it just disappeared from my inventory. I've triple checked all of my chests, the fridge, Clint, my mail. I haven't died in the Mines or Skull caverns. Please could someone help me get it back or at least tell the Dev so he could fix it in the next update. I Can't restart this game to much work. -Thanks-

Lost tools are usually returned over-night.
