PS4 Version Coop-Introduction

Hey,

yesterday I bought Stardew Valley for PS4. At the back of the game case stands the information, that it is possible to play with multiplayer (player 1-2). I started the game but I cannot play with a partner.

Who can help?

You are too early. Co-op play /will/ be introduced, but is still not available yet. No release date has been announced, but it will be available for the PC version first and then the console versions a little later. Keep checking the official website http://stardewvalley.net/ for announcements!

 

Just to add-on to what to Lilliput said. It's not out yet, but a month ago on reddit someone noticed the same thing.
