Closed Ship: wall items disappear

Hi, I would like to adress a pretty annoying bug.
When I'm at my ship, just decorating the place, sometimes when I place stuff that's linked to a wall (I mean like platforms, decorations, etc.) these things just dissapear. I've had this problem twice now. The first time I placed some silver platforms on the wall, they just dissappear. I thought I messed up or something and I moved on. But I just ran into the exact same problem again, when I tried to hang the 'Avian Tapestry', this as well just dissapears. It doesn't drop or teleports to my inventory or anything, it's just gone. I can imagine when this happens with some more valuable stuff, it could be pretty annoying (like something you've gathered all the ores for, a Pixel Compressor for example. Has anyone experienced this problem too? I really hope this can get fixed in the future!
