   I've tried everything, I've tried uninstalling my mods, my game, verifying integrity via steam. Yes, I have mods, but those aren't the thing causing the issue.    It is related to your mods. Either you're missing a dependency or you have incompatible mods. Given the errors it seems to be related to "FFSE---Expanded weapons for FFS". The modlist you use doesn't show the mod "FFS" which might be your issue here.
