Bug/Issue Stopped Time Fishing bug (PC)

I did a fast look on forums to see if this was already found but didn't see it and i feel its a bug.

Basically Right after Throwing out your rod to fish if you click your quest menu(! menu) without using the hot key it will open, freezing game time but the sounds of fishing will still work and if you hit the x of the menu when u would normally try to start catching a fish based on sound alone it will work to start the fishing mini-game with close to 0 time passed. Was able to repeat this on any map and any playthur i had tried. basically making time a non-issue.

If needed i can make and add a video to show if needed if my wording is that bad
