Temperate Star Planets Bug

Every time warp down to a desert planet or savannah, if I move to about 4-5 blocks to left or right the planet disappears and I reappear on the ship. (no warping animation the background and foreground just disappear and my ship loads in) I do have a few mods installed but there all item adding or wouldn't mess with how planets load in to my knowledge.
Please help if you can! I just recently got back into starbound and I'm really enjoying my time with it and am really giddy to keep playin!
