Bug/Issue The Mayor's Shorts: Switch v1.3

I've experienced a few minor bugs ever since I updated to v1.3. One of them is when I give the Mayor his shorts. He happened to already be in Marnies house at the same time I acquired his shorts, so I gave it to him there. He accepted them and the journal marked my quest as complete and i got my gold. But I still have his shorts. And when I try to give it to him, a popup says "Wrong person". I feel weird still having them lol. Thought I'd let y'all know.

 

You should try using them in different ways. Apparently there are different dialogs with the mayor if you use them in different situations. Try putting them in the grange display in fall or in the soup pot in summer. If you get special dialog then they are definitely still acting as the mayor's shorts item and not just a glitched random item.
