Hey just some feedback on this, works fine in Debian stretch Linux under the new confusing wine system they have. Hopefully it'll work for a good while longer yet.

XNB-Convert/XNB-Convert/UnPackFiles.sh worked fine for me on Linux Mint 19.1. I wanted to run it in the terminal first just to see the nitty gritty. Initially for some reason it just froze:

But then when running it again, it worked and continued just fine, extracting the files properly:
